Bridal trials are scheduled 1–2 months before your wedding day and are reserved for brides who have already signed a contract. Trials are held at your artist’s studio to ensure a focused, relaxed experience. Please note that trials are not offered prior to booking, so your wedding date must be secured before scheduling.

To ensure consistency and the best results on your wedding day, outside makeup artists are not permitted. If additional artists are needed for your bridal party, they must be booked through Makeup By Carissa.

Yes! Our team is happy to provide on-location services for your wedding day. A round-trip travel fee applies per artist and is based on your getting-ready location. For venues located two hours or more from an artist’s home base, hotel accommodations will be required. An overnight fee per artist also applies, which helps cover meals, extended travel time, and the additional preparation required for an overnight stay. This allows your artist to arrive rested, organized, and fully prepared for your wedding day.

To help your makeup last all day, every client receives a complimentary touch-up kit. Your artist is also available for additional touch-ups during your event for an extra per-hour service fee, ensuring you look flawless from your ceremony through the last dance!

Your final payment is due 1 week prior to your wedding date. A balance reminder is sent with your makeup timeline 1-2 months prior to your wedding date. If payment is not received on the due date, all appointments will be cancelled.

We travel all throughout the country for brides! Additional travel fees will include but not limited to flights and baggage, parking, Ubers/car rentals, hotels, overnight fees etc. Please reach out for further information!

There are no refunds for any services at any time.

• 50% of the final invoice is due at any time after signing the contract.

• If you cancel within 90 days of your wedding, 80% of the final invoice is due.

• If you cancel within 60 days of your wedding, the full invoice is due.
